Needle Confusion with Baron Jet Kit 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
2004, 1700, have new V&H Longshots and BAK. Instructions with the Baron Jet kit are washer, spacer, clip and washer. With the clip on the 4th groove. 175 main jet.

has no washer under the spacer? Whos' right?

Put the washer back under the spacer. I believe it is in here in a old thread since I asked the same question awhile back while doing my BAK ... Gotta love this place for all the help.

Make sure you do a wot test to determine your main jet setting. So before you do the 4th put it in the 5th groove and take her out for a wot test. Then go back to the 4th although I am thinking about going to the 3rd groove and see if I can get me mpg back up after falling from 42 to 36 on the last couple of tanks.

Went with the BAK instructions and runs good but slight hesitation off idle. I posted another thread on this problem.
