Instructions with the Baron Jet kit are washer, spacer, clip and washer. With the clip on the 4th groove. 175 main jet. I believe it is in here in a old thread since I asked the same question awhile back while doing my BAK ... Gotta love this place for all the help. Make sure you do a wot test to determine your main jet setting. So before you do the 4th put it in the 5th groove and take her out for a wot test. Then go back to the 4th although I am thinking about going to the 3rd groove and see if I can get me mpg back up after falling from 42 to 36 on the last couple of tanks.
