What should I expect if I replace my pilot jet(37 DJ)

Since you don't know where your PMS is at and you didn't list how the needle is set up it's kinda hard to say. And you will be better off starting from square one and working your way through the jetting process anyway.

I have:

Stock 35 pilot
DJ 180 Main
Needle 3rd clip, 2 washers
Poor Man's BAK
V&H Longshots
Adjusted throttle position screw
Choke Cable mod

The best I can get is 35 doing 70mph on 45 mile drive to office. 95% of the drive is highway or interstate.

I just put a brand new air filter on today. I'm hoping it is a contributor to the poor mpg. I did replace my fuel filter last weekend. it's been raining the past 8 days so I have not ridden much.

I would love for someone to fix my gas problem. But, I'm riding!
