My results with increased MPG. 4 Months, 1 Week ago
2005 Roadstar Midnight
V&H Longshots
Poorman's BAK Extreme
Adjusted Throttle position screw
180 DJ Main
35 Stock Pilot
Barons PMS screw (well worth the $20)
K&N air filter (stock air box)
Stretched Choke Cable Mod
Needle 3rd clip, two washers

I started out at 29 mpg highway. This morning I checked and got 41 mpg. A lot of my running is interstate commuting to work. What finally broke through for me (I think) was a new fuel filter. I saw incremental changes and improvements, but the best I got was 35 mpg until the new fuel filter. Of course, I try to check the tire pressure monthly.

This is my experience. I could probably tweak a little bit more, but I'm so happy to be in the 40's that I think I'll ride a while.
