Platinum Boarder Posts: 3149 Re:Jetting help... again. 4 Months ago   There is a white plug that is flat at the top take a pair of needle nose and pull up slowly on lt stright up. Be careful the is a spring under it that will fly out if your not careful. Also when you lull the plug don't rock from side to side or you will break the seat for it. I managed to find and remove the needle jet and I set it 4th clip, one washer beings it is the stock needle ( I guess ) I vented the gas tank lock, that was easy. and I re-dialed my pms, I am not sure where it is now, so tomorrow I am going to re-visit that. What a difference that made, my god its like a different bike. It is making all kinds of power now. No slugging around, it just wants to go! Thanks for all the help in finding these things. Do you guys recommend getting that Barron's replacement needle for this? Is there a big difference? I bet some one before me was into this. Platinum Boarder Posts: 1140 Re:Jetting help... again. 4 Months ago   I still don't think I am getting all the fuel to that carb that I need, seems a TON better, but I am still going to tweak it a tad, I wish I could get to the PMS with out taking my air cleaner cover off. I may just leave it along for a bit now that I have it this far and see how it does.
