Was thinking of changing my pipes out to Freedom true duals. I had a shop do it. They screwed it up (and have since gone out of business) and it was running way too rich. I had another shop redo it and it is now right. I get good gas mileage, about 43-45MPG, have no back firing and plugs last a long time. When and if I do it; I will do the jetting my self this time, but since I never did this before I will definetly need help and lots of it. If it starts to pop a little on decel or won't rev when you give it throttle, I'd say you would be a little lean and you should start with the pilot jet. However, most pipe changes don't do anything for AIR/FUEL intake ratio, so you shouldn't have to rejet just because you change the pipes. They let air out, not in. Sure, they change the back pressure. But does it effect the carboration? I think not. Just my thoughts. As I posted .... if it's jetted correctly you may/may not have tweak it, but it you do it's not a major rejet such as when you change out the pipes and airbox. I have the B.A.K. and V&H LS pipes. The Baron jet kit I used, have suggested main jets for stock, aftermarket baffle and aftermarket no baffle pipes.
