Alright, the BAK is in my hands and I am ready to install it when I read the instructions from Baron???
Basic info:
06 R*
Sea Level
Cobra Speedster Slash Cuts with Baffles
AIS in place

Road Star Forum Recommendations:
170 main
4th clip
2.5 out on PMS

Baron's Recommendations for 1700 04-06 models with pipes with baffles
172.5 main
5th clip
3.5 out PMS

The Barons seems intuatively to be a very rich set up. Are they recommending this set up to avoid damage from over lean condition???

I want to do this now so if you are out there please advise.

Thank you for you help. You all have really helped me find my way in Tinkerville, and I am looking forward to many more adventures as we work the best out of this Scooter.
