Well I ended up with the dj195 and had to go back to stock pilot the 37 would not adjust plugs look good maybe a little lean have rode 160 miles mpg was 40.2. You can't beleive how much better it runs.

Deerslayer...what were your settings before and is your engine stock? Just curious. I'm tinkering with jetting right now.

glad you are getting it dialed in..
with the stock pilot that brought my fuel economy back, I avg around 44 mpg..
higher if its a charity ride keeping it smooth and steady, lower if I am driving to work like a crazy person lets just say over the 70 mph speed limit, and will be in the 38-41 mpg.

Running stage 3 on the pipes and poormans on the intake till my bak comes in.The clip is in fourth notch altitude is 1550 here that's why I think I can get the 195 to work

Stage 3 with PMB.

DJ95 main, 35 pilot, clip 4 from top ..... interesting settings.

BTW ... the higher you go the richer the carb will run.

Started with the 200 jet and 37 pilot but had problems setting pms and was running rich at idle so when I switched pilot back I also changed to the 195 I could tell with just a little rideing mpg with the 200 was not going to be pretty.
