#135990 6hrtbt3 (User) Junior Boarder Posts: 166 Fuel Injection and Exhaust 2 Months ago   I know you guys probably get tired of these dumb questions, but here goes anyway. I have a friend that has a Suzuki C90 Fuel Injection. He is talking about exhaust, but says that it is pretty expensive putting the exhaust and the power commander on the bike. Does a fuel injected bike require the power commander, when only changing the exhaust? I don't know if power commander is the correct terminology or if it is a brand name. What I am talking about is the module that controls the fuel injection. I went to the dealer and had a new computer download done and have had no problems at all. My friend did not have the download or power commander done when the pipes were changed and he started having problems 10K miles later. Runs like a top. As long as you have the oxygen sensors in the pipes, the computer should adjust fairly well.
