1- I have been trying minor adjustments. Sometimes I'll adjust it just a bit an ride for the day. I can notice the difference in the ride, but not so much in the idle. I guess I was thinking that I should hear a distinct change n the idle proportional to the amount of change I make in the PMS.

2- It's something I noticed when I try leaner PMS settings and I can make it happen consistently. I find it kinda strange, but if I turn the PMS in, (say below 2 turns out), and shut off the bike with the kill switch, then the starter binds when I crank it back up.

3- OK... I guess I'll pull the carb again, check the float level, & clean the needle & seat.

4- "Accelerator pump in to far"... Do you mean the duration is still a bit long? Maybe I should move the lock nut to the back side to get that extra 1/16" reduction.

2. I'm going to have to check that out .... next spring.

4. No. Folks eliminate the carb cough caused by blipping by turing the ap in .... but then the carb doesn't get the right shot when you accelerate off idle. This causes a slight lean condition and ... cough.

Remember the circuits overlap so don't do two adjustments at a time 'cause one may cancel out the other.
