Okay: There are three hoses:
One short steel one that goes from the AIS pump to the front jug.
One long steel one that goes from the AIS to the rear jug.
One long rubber hose that goes from the AIS to the nipple on top of the manifold.
That's it. That's all.
If you right click on the image I posted and then choose, "View Image" it'll bring up a larger version of that image so you can see the stuff on my work table more clearly.

I'm not sure where they go to on the other end, but the instructions do not say that I need to remove side covers etc to see where they lead to. I just afraid if I remove those that they should not be removed.

The only long rubber hose you remove, is the one going to the top of the manifold from the AIS. Don't remove any other rubber hoses. If you find the end of the hose where it's connected to your manifold, you should be able to trace it back to the AIS, or where the AIS was.

What did you take them off of? They must have been hooked up to something. Give us some info we can work with here.

And no, you don't need to remove the side covers. None of the three hoses you're looking for are running under the seat or side covers. Removing the side covers will make it easier to access the elbow joint in the rear jug, though.

They were connected at a T. That's about the only information I can give you, as I stated I am totally lost on this. I am so frustrated, I think tomorrow I will put everything back the way it was and forget it.

When you looked at the AIS instructions here did you use the instructions for the California model?

Yes, but it does not show that T anywhere in CA instructions or other AIS removal instructions

Okay.. The "T" was located where? At the front of the bike, between the frame down tubes?

What is hooked up to the 3rd leg of the T? And where does it go?
