Wrong jetting. You need to adjust your PMS and check your jetting. Steven

The AIS is the most common cause of popping. Could be too lean on the PMS. Fouled plugs can be jetting, float level, premium gas, too much choke, lugging the motor, short trips, letting it sit and idle, combination of any or all.....

if you have aftermarket exhaust with no baffles you might not have enough back pressure. I have barons big and nasties and put in HD torque cones in the heads to give some back pressure.
