Punky gas is bad in a carbonated bike, worse in a fuel injected bike I would think. I would pour that tank out and get fresh gas, refill it with some fresh lovely gas, put a cap full of Sea Foam in to clean those injectors and ride it like you stole it for a little while! That should let you know if its the injectors or the Mapping.
