Yep it will work just fine did my first one that way, now I do them on my drill press with a sanding drum and the round the corners with the die gringer. Just use a sanding drum with the grinder with course sandpaper.

Hey Gram,

Glad you have a scooter once again. Looks good. Funky clutch lever.

So, one more question guys: will the regular stone grinder bits for die grinders work OK for this? I couldn't find a small enough sandpaper bit for my die grinder.

Do you have a dremel??? They usaully come with a round sanding bit!!!

Yes ... you need either a HSS bit (HSS) or the sanding drum (Drum)

The stone grinders don't work well .. they clog up.

How about taking some pics of the process as you go,for us other guys to look at to get a better idea of how it should look when your done!!!!

To get in on this, I'm considering getting a BAK and I only have Cobra slip-ons. Will I need to change my manifold also?

Finaly got brave enough to port my manfold used a dremal tool couldn't get a 1" radius before I hit the metal but perty close buy the time I got it put back together it was late so I didn' try it yet first thing tomorrow hope I didn't screw something up and got a leak where do you get the oversized rings and what are the product # just in case
