I ported the manifold(and that turned out pretty good too ) , And install ed a K & N air cleaner, and a barons jet kit. Went with a 172.5 main and needle on 4th notch from bottom. Problem is it wont start... It coughed and spitted, but a no go. HELP 3 Years ago   Is that a K&N open air kit or just the K&N in the stock air box? Where's your PMS set at? How's the float level? 4th notch from the bottom mean the pointed end? If it does you counted from the wrong end. You would want the 4th from the blunt end.
