New exhaust and jets, stock air? 3 Years, 9 Months ago
Hello and thanks in advance for your advise. I am new here so I hope I am not asking a stupid question. I have a stock RS 2002. I want to modify the exhaust to HK straights and use a Barons Jet Kit with stock air. Will this work OK, or am I looking for trouble?

You will probably be too rich. Just pipes alone with a stock air box will require very minor jetting, if any, changes. Unless I am mistaken, the Barons jet kit is designed for a BAK. Freer flowing INTAKE is where you really need to rejet. The Barons kit will probably be too much unless you are planning to at least drill your airbox as well.
