I am not sur speed is the total answer, last year we were in Sturgis and rode to Custer at 60 mph and got over 50. I did notice high speed kills mpg 80 mph = 33 mpg 70 mph = 42mpg

Subject: starter problems
Papa Bear: with a new battery installed, i get all lights and electronics functioning when I push the starter button, but only a click. No starter rotation at all. Prognosis please? Papa Bear
