Do you have the OEM air box or an open filter? If you have the stock box, Then no. If you have an open air filter (less restriction) then It should have been jetted before you picked it up. Even so, I wouldn't think you would need to rejet just for pulling baffles. They just make the sound "bounce" around before coming out of the pipes. The baffles don't really restrict that much IMO.
