If all you changed are pipes, then no reason to re-jet, maybe at most a slight tweak to pilot screw. However, you say bike is running perfect, nothing to do then. there's nothing more you can get out of this beast unless you do a different after market air kit, port the manifold too. Don't understand about the putting the "Mr C" back on?? Also, very rare that you hit the jetting spot on the first go round, not unless you are using some sort of diagnostic equipment.
