Put it back to the dyno settings 172.5 main,e-clip on slot 5, changed the pilot from 35 to 37 and set PMS to 3 1/2 turns out. Warmed her up and turned PMS in till miss, backed it out till miss (YEA finally) 4 1/2 turns set it in between. It idles great when it cools off I will count the turns in think it is around 2 1/2. Only thing I can figure is when I had the 37 pilot in the first time tash must have gotten in the idle jet and screwed it up. Burn through 3 tanks of gas, see what your mileage is with each tank, and check the plugs after each tank. DON"T TWEAK ANYTHING IN THE MEAN TIME!!!!!!!! After the 3 tanks if you need to tweak something do one thing at a time and burn through a couple tanks before you change anything again. I sure hope you got it now. I can feel your frustration through the keyboard. In fact all the letters that spell words you can't use here have partially melted. I don't think anyone here is tired of hearing about it. It had to be something stuck in the idle circuit. Counted the turns now that she is cold it is 4 1/2 out which is fine with me. Ya can't tell me they arn't doing something with the gas I got 15.5 mpg in the truck today after filling up instead of the 11 mpg before. UFA diesel gets my truck 20 mpg and lots of smoke when pulling. CO-OP diesel gets me 28 mpg easily, with more power and hardly any smoke when pulling. Gasoline is probably only produced to half the standard of diesel fuel. Maybe Roadies are just fussy on their diet like my truck. I know for a fact that the gas I buy now is way worse than the gas my dad bought when he was much younger. He never had pinging problems on regular gas in his high compression 427 in the 60's, but it won't hardly run on today's PREMIUM gas nowadays.   Logged     A Fallen Man is not a failure.   The administrator has disabled public write access. #21588 Big Bear (Moderator) All things in moderation! After reading your posts mine was so much like yours. I really began to think I had a bad carb Doc and Musky were even begining to think that too.
