#217607 Route66 (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 4 Carb Jetted - Lost MPG 2 Years, 9 Months ago   I had my carb rejetted. I went from getting 45-50 mpg to just over 25. Then what jetting setup was installed? Replaced needle with dynojet needle. Set to #4 Clip from top set F/S tp 3 1/4 replaced main with 190 from kit. Plugged AIS. I had it jetted because I was putting V&H Long Shots on the bike. That was the only mod. That was the only mod. Thanks for your help! If you only did pipes, then no reason to re-jet, in most case just a pilot screw adjustment. And the AIS removal. The DJ195 jet would probably be rich for the most modified bike we have here. If you aren't planning on changing the airbox then you should have them put the old parts back.
