And don't forget to lap the surface of the manifold. That is, tape some 200 or so sand paper either on a glass surface or some other smooth surface (kitchen counter top, but don't let wifey see this) in a figure 8 smooth till all even. When you place the manifold on the head, just start the screws, and make sure none are binding on manifold, might have to jiggle a hair so to keep manifold flat on the heads, when all the screws are hand tight, tighten with tool 1/4 turn at a time in a criss-cross pattern. This seems to be the most effective way to alleviating any leaks.

As a start point
170 main jet
stock pilot jet
lightly seat the PMS (pilot main screw) then 2 turns out
e-clip on 4th groove (counting from blunt end)spacer washer. The washer on top of clip is for that tiny spring to have a flat seat.

Be careful taking the stopper out of the slide, thats where the tiny spring is and has a tendency to go flying, might want to do this in a gallon size plastic bag.

Set idle adjustment after bike is fully warmed. After all id said and done, if there are issues, only adjust one thing at a time so to make comparisons.
