From the fat end going toward the tip (your backwards): spring washer clip white spacer washer Thats why you are having trouble dialing it in. If you don't have another washer, you can leave the one in between the clip and the spring out, it has no effect on jetting. Everything on the oposite side of the clip from the spring does.
