I have been chasing a popping on decel for 2 weeks and tonight I finally found the problem. The exhaust bolts were getting loose. I put 1/2 a turn and maybe more on each of them. That also stopped my rattle I couldn't find. Then took a 40 mile road trip. Made 4 different adjustments on the pms (leaned it down till it started popping and went up 1/8th of a turn) and it is really close now. No more popping on decel.
