#263179 Napa73 (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 23 Jetting fun 2 Years, 2 Months ago   OK, I've searched and searched and searched, can't find anything to help me. Got a problem with sputtering on accleration at 1/4 throttle. If I pull the choke out a little, it runs perfect. My first thought was a lean condition. Went from a 167.5 jet to a 170. Same thing. Did a WOT on both, and for some reason both still acclerate but not as much. What am I missing? '03 1600 new BAK 167.5-170 jet, (170 is in now) 4th clip, washer under cobra slash cut with baffles removed dyna jet ignition PMS 2 3/4 and almost out of Beam!   Logged     The administrator has disabled public write access. #263182 Musky (User) Platinum Boarder Posts: 15137 Re:Jetting fun 2 Years, 2 Months ago   When you did the WOT did you have the clip in the 5th groove from the blunt end? Are you in the 4th groove from the blunt end now? "4th clip, washer under" I'm assuming that's under the clip. Do you have the spacer between the clip and the washer? Float test was good, check the needle to see where the spacer was, and it missed the hole, fell inside the diaphram.
