Welcome Luknor. Don't worry about your english , some of us don't speak it (or type it) that well either.

If the Air box is stock , and you are jetting the bike , it WILL be rich. Most jet kits use a larger Pilot jet than stock , which is not needed. You need a stock pilot.

You do have the option of a poormans BAK (which is basically you drilling multiple 1/2 (13mm) holes in the body of the stock air box. This will allow more air in to work in harmony with the extra fuel.

You need to either 1. get a better breathing air box (aftermarket or home done). or 2. jet bike back to stock. If you go with 2 , it will run fine with the V&H exhaust.

Hope this points you in the right direction.

BB, do you think that changing the stock air filter to K&N insert will do?

The K&N will give you a little better air intake than stock, if it's the Stock replacement. I think he's saying you need to get the Big Air Kit (BAK). You can either by one, or do the "Poor mans" BAK. You can do a search for the Poor mans BAK to see how to open up the stock airbox.
Hope that helps.

Re:new bike... problems 2 Years ago
Today I checked for an air leakage in the mainfold. I bought the starter fliud but my question is how much I have to spray? I was spraying for 5 sec to the mainfld/head joint and the engine died. So I took the mainfold out, cleen it and installed it with the silicone. Tomorrow it will set so I will check if now my star don't die after few hundert meters.

Sounds like you may have found your problem. Did you also leave the O-ring in there? Also make sure the silicone you used is compatable with gas and that it is high temp.

Yes, I left the o-rings. I used an engine silicone for high temp. The same I used to seal heads or anything else. I didn't check if it's captable with gas.
I hope that will solve the problem, I'm running out of ideas.
Also I set the fuel level as I had the carb out - 2mm below mating surface.

You will be riding with a big smile soon. I used the Oring and silicone on the outside edges of the manifold and haven't had a problem since.

Sounds like you're getting where you need to be. Air leaks can be a real pain. Yes , you can drop in a K&N in the stock box , but I'd still do a poormans BAK (drilling extra holes in the air box so the motor can use the extra fuel), and locate a 35 pilot jet. MPG are usually lost in the 1st and 2nd circuits of a carb (idle and needle) more than they are on the main jet circuit. Hope you get her straight. BB

Tomorrow I will have a universal K&N RA-066V filter instead of original air box insert as it was shown somewhere on RSC. This I think will be better idea and I don't want to drill anything in original parts as sometime maybe it will return to original setup.

Glad you found the problem . Now lets work on the weather After almost 2 wks of rain here today is sunny and 72º already. And I can't ride. Too much to get caught up on due to the rain. And I'm waiting for a brake line.
