Porting Manifold and Jetting 1 Year, 7 Months ago
Ok guys another quick question for you. While I have the Carb off I have decided to port the manifold as well. I have printed off the instructions and they seem quite self explanatory. The jet settings that Doc and Musky recommended to me were 170 main, stock pilot and clip on the 4th with my 07 Roadstar, AIS removed, BAK, and Cobra Speedster Slashdowns.

My question is, if I port the manifold do the jet settings you guys gave me stay the same? If not what do you recommend.

Rusty

PS: thanks again for all your patience and help.

The settings are just a starting point. From there you have to tweak different circuts until the bike and you are happy. Plan on going into your carb a few times. But not to worry. After the second or third time you can do it in your sleep
