Excuse me for jumping in but if the pilot jet were completely plugged up I don't think the engine would even idle. Are you sure you're not looking at the starter jet? I've heard some say that the hole doesn't go through on it. The stock pilot jet has a small number 35 on it somewhere.

I don't know what kind of problem you've been having but if the engine not idling is one of them then you're on the right track.

Looking in the Tech Section under jetting, Rejet Your Carburetor, the one tagged as the pilot is the "green" one in the pic, that is the one I'm talking about, I removed all three and that was the one that seemed plugged.

Well you've got the right one. I just didn't see how the engine could idle with that completely plugged.

I'm just trying to find out if its supposed to have a hole in it,I removed all the jets when I cleaned my carb and the pilot jet was plugged up, I tried to push a very small piece of wire threw it but it wouldn't go, also tried to spray cleaner threw it and nothing would pass threw the center of the jet...I've been posting about the problems I've been having and I'm wondering if this is it.

How many jets did you remove? There's also a starter jet, I just never removed one so have no idea what it looks like. Are you possibly confusing the pilot jet and starter jet?

here's a pic, maybe that will help?

That starter jet threw me off the first time too. It doesn't have a hole - I guess it's more of a starter plug than a jet then right?
