I have the "VOES" plugged (on the back side) from my manual and came plugged, the other large pipe is the fuel supply but there is a little elbow towards the top I don't know what it is. Download the tuning manual it has everything you need in it. Page 17 shows the voes fitting (to voes or vacuum petcock. Cap-off if not in use) little confusing for the same fitting. Last one Vent Fitting shows DO NOT PLUG on the side of the fuel inlet. That's it the diagram doesn't show the vent on top of the carb by the choke cable housing.
