#365903 Vette468 (User) HOT ROD GUY HERE Expert Boarder Posts: 519 How long do the Rear shocks Live.. 1 Year, 1 Month ago   So Im puttin the 1250 Progressive spring on in a few days .. and I said before.. me and the lady KILLED the stock spring ridin it at full stiff for 5 years .. I hope that you didn't short live the shock by adjusting too much. Unfortunately the manual is not very clear as to where to measure, however, there is not much adjusting on the shock to begin with. I installed a Progressive 465# (standard length) & life is good.
