Hmmm, sorry. I've never actually heard of anyone using the Yami jet kit on here before. I trust there will be good directions with it. |

I have mentioned several times in the last couple of years that I installed a Speedstar jet kit...mostly when members had jetting problems and wanted advise....the jet kit is made by Yamaha speedstar division for Roadstars???...my bike has always run good, but I could not figure out why they recommended #50 pilot jet?? I figured it worked in conjunction with what Curt once called a fat needle with 5 slots!!!....I found that #4 slot with extra washer suited me at my elevation, approx 80ft,...thats one hell of a good price...$9.... I paid $53 at dealers!!! |

Well, it was $8. something plus another $9.00 shipping. So under $20.00
