#412107 brotherkram (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 61 bowl height on bike. 9 Months, 1 Week ago   I came across an odd event. I set my bowl height on a bench with the carb off the bike. After setting the bowl height even with the gasket I re-installed it on the bike. Turned on the bike and the pump filled the bowl. Checked bowl height on the bike and it was higher than originally set. Has anyone set their bowl height as described above and could you check your bowl height for me on your bike? Just wondering if the pump increases height under pressure.. I've rebuilt a number of carbs in my life and have used the little L shaped measureing thing to set the float right but I have never come across what your dealing with.
