Ok guys I started this post so here is the update on the mods. 2003 Roadstar Siverado self ported stock intake manifold, 180 dynojet main, 35 stock pilot, Dynojet needle, washer-clip in fourth groove-spacer-washer, PMS Barons needle 2-1/2 out. I used my stock backing plate from my stock air box, installed a K/N RK3905-1 exposed air filter with flat show chrome cover. New Cobra power pro HP 2 into 1 exhaust. Changed tranfer case fliud to 75/90 Amsoil gear lube, engine oil to Amsoil 20/50 MC oil. Started like it had never been touched,engine has a lot less noise,runs alot stronger. Have not been able to ride enough to check fuel mileage yet. A freind of my that has a 98 HD Heritage road my R, came back shaking his head, said it will eat my HD for lunch. Sorry for the long post. very cool to hear...I guess I need to get a jet kit asap...my new K&N sounds like yours but is a model 3925..? sounds like we will be running about the same stuff so I have a good place to start. I just found a Cobra jet kit with 160,165,170,175 mains...do I need to find one with a 180?
