Re:eliminated my fuel pump 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago

gday all, i live in australia and i got rid of the fuel pump and used the 2.5 needle and seat from suzuki and i had starvation problems at first
i then vented the fuel cap and have no problems at all i do use the stock fuel filter about 2 inches from the petcok and run the fuel line under the manifold into the carby, you can see that it is half full of air some times even more but others it has no air at all, i had to vent the cap because over here in 40 degree c heat the tank would turn into a huge balloon and starve the carby.

i am interested in using an s&s carby tho does any one know where i can get a manifold from?

Can't help you with that but You should start a new thread in the introduction section introduce yourself and ask all you want..
