Green one goes somewhere else, that's what's got me stumped. There's another one, not shown in these photos, that goes to the boot. The other end of the green one goes toward the fuel pump, just above the choke, next to the fuel line, but cant see exactly where.

Also, what about this line in red below? Should it be on the carb if I'm using a Hyper Charger with the AIS removed?

I asked myself, what are ya doing Scott, get of your lazy bum and go look at the shop manual.LOL It is as I thought, the green hose goes from the little vent at the top front of the carb to the California emissions solenoid toward the front of the bike, like in the diagram shown. And the opening at the bottom rear of the carb is connected directly to the charcoal canister.

Oh, and there'll also be a hose connecting the solenoid to the back of the air filter. Sorry, forgot that. That way when the solenoid opens to purge the charcoal canister it's drawing in filtered air.

The tank vent is also connected to the charcoal canister through a rollover valve.

I had the same problem. If I don't put it back together the same day I took it a part, I'm screwed. Must be the beer.
