Using DJ kit. Using 190 main, dpjm37 pilot. Kit number is DJ4176 for 04. Although I'm running the DJ 190 main, I plan to drop to a DJ185 or 175 mikuni. The stock main is a mikuni 182.5. Yes, that's right the main jet size needs to drop to compensate for the aftermarket (larger) needle. Although mine is tweaked with the 190 and passes WOT flawlessly, I think I can get another 3mpg by going down just a tad on the main (averaging only 40mpg now). BTW, the clip is on the 4th slot.
