Before I installed my Big bore kit, I had the 31 tooth pulley, Barons BAK, Barons ported intake manifold, and Barons Nasty Habits exhaust. THe bike ran like a champ. I installed a speedstar ignition module, and the bike got a whole new attitude. It really woke up and believe it or not, in 1st gear at about 10mph, I could bump the front tire off the ground maybe an inch just by cracking the throttle. So unless you decide to do some performance mods internally, I would forget the dyna3000 and go with the speedstar ignition. I hope this helps you out a bit.

dvblair: Has anyone cut off the heel portion of the shifter? I never use it and would like to have the extra room. I would like to remove it but it looks like you would need a spacer on the shaft and I'm not sure ...
