First Good Ride Since Jetting 8 Months, 4 Weeks ago  
The Bike Seems to run great the WOT checked out BUT
While going 40 to 60 in Third or Fourth It seems a bit Sluggish maybey it is Just the way I am riding lugging it a bit
Could the Clip be in the wrong Place
172.5 MAIN
35 PILOT
CLIP 4TH
2-1/2 TURNS ON PMS

40 to 60 in third should roll-on pretty good. In forth, maybe not do good. The RPM's will still be a little low in forth.

My jet kit, air-cleaner and pipes are supposed to be here this week. Maybe. I am porting the manifold tomorrow and removing the AIS completely if Baron's gets the kit to me this week.

I was going to use comparable setting for my carb, so might be able to give you some insight after all is said and done.

Might be able to get a little better roll-on in forth by raising the needle a little, but, ...

Thought you had answered your own question (lugging).

"sluggish" means you give it gas and it hesitates or chokes?

Are you sure the 172.5 checks out on the WOT test?

Check your float level.

to lean, up main to 175 at least. Your elevation in your profile is over 4000 feet

You get richer as you go up in elevation.

If you're at 4000' then you're most likely too rich with the 172.5 and the 4th clip. You probably need to go down on the main to at least a 170 and probably a 167.5.
