so here is where I ended up:
Vance and Hines Pro Pipe
Ported manifold by me
Mr. Cancillas K&N air filter
AIS gone
Put in a 170 jet from Barons, needle on 4th clip from blunt end, PMS 3.5 turns.
Didn't feel quite right (almost thought) once warm and choke in. Choke out just a hair and it ran great, pulled like a freight train. One or two backfires through exhaust on decel.
Any body know how close I am to carb nirvana? I'm at sea level. Appreciate suggestions.  |

For your setup I found that the 37.5 pilot did the trick.

Where do you find the 37.5 pilot. I can't locate 37.5 or 42. I too am soooo close, but, not there.

I went to the Yammi dealer and order one.
You need the one for the Yammi so don't go to a Suzi dealer.
