What is the needle set on? Have you checked for air leaks? Main is too rich. PMS is most likely too far out too. Dyna 3000 is an ignition box. I have a 190 that come with air kit. Get a 167.5 and a 170 Mikuni main jet. Or a 180 Dyno main jet. Stick one of those mains in. Put the clip in the 5th groove from the blunt end of the needle. Set your PMS between 2 and 2 1/2 turns out. Then do the WOT. If the main checks out put the clip in the 4th groove from the blunt end and tweak the needle and PMS from there.
