Just be sure and re-use the metal gaskets that are behind the AIS tubes.

You plug the vacuum line that goes from the manifold to the AIS ... not from the carb.

Wobble could be a number of things but check for cupping on the front tire.

tire is fine . almost feels like the front tire is loose but when I put it on a jack I can't get any movement on the tire or the forks . feels like the tire is going to fold up under me . MAKING ME CRAZY trying to find out what is is . bike only has 4,000 mi. on it . could the neck bearing need tightened ?

Re:AIS 06 R* 3 Years, 10 Months ago
First thing is tire pressure .... 40 lb ... if the back is low then you will feel it at highway speeds as a wobbling.

If pressure and tires are OK them could be that the nut on the head is not too spec. Check out the service manual on how to tighten it properly.

A quick and dirt check is to raise the front end, point the wheel straight almost ahead and let go. The wheel should turn to one side .... if it bangs hard against the stop it's probably too loose.
