I'm a Mobil 1 15w-50 guy, too!

$22.88 at Wal-Mart for a 5 qt. jug. Can't beat that!

I use their ST7317 oil filter for just $2.42. It's a high quality filter made for Wal-Mart by Champion.

I'm not cheap, but I can't pass up high value!

Last oil change (a mere 2 weeks ago) I switched to Mobil 1 20-50 with the Wal-Mart filter. Gotta put some miles on the scoot now. Our winters aren't super cold down here in God's country so I figured the 20-50 would be fine.

Looks like I will be going with the Mobil 1 15-50 synthetic (silver cap) for $22 at walmart. Mainly due to the only full synthetics I can find in my area Royal Purple 15-40 and the Mobil 1 15-50. Can not find any Mobil 1 Vtwin & Royal Purple 20-50 in my area at all. The local auto store is currently out of the Lucas 20-50 syn.
Only question is the Mobil 1 15-50 being used the one with the silver cap. Does not mention anything about modifiers on jug except anti wear technology.
Also had to pay over $4 each for the magnetic drain plugs at our local Orielly store.

I wonder if the 'stealer' walked him over to the "Yamaha shelf" of fine oils... and showed him which one to buy? I've used mobil 1 20/50 synth and amsoil 20/50 both great oils...no problems!
