i just bought paint from Fender Mender for a rear fender. much cheaper than color rite. they couldn't find my paint code in their book so they used their scope on my saddle bag lid. i bought 1/2 pint of base and a 1/2 pint of top coat.

I've done some painting before, what gennaro mentions should be enough. Use a gravity pot if possible but should still be enough.

Don't buy from colorrite. I can't even believe they are still in business. Those bastards sell stupid cheap assed junk that is only good for starting fires with. Best thing to do is have a decent body shop match an existing factory painted part. Those f**kers screwed me big time a few years ago with their junk. Lots of posts here from me detailing it all.

F**k them. Do it right. I've been there and done that. Take it for what it's worth.
