Looking for red lens for the rear turn signals. Red bulbs behind clear lenses look a little weak. Tried flat Harley lenses but didn't care for flipping the chrome ring. I did a google on Roadstar rear turn lenses and up popped some photos of R* with MCC bullet lenses.

Took me awhile to find out these are Motor City lenses and are available from J&P's Harley catalog. Has anyone posting here used them and were you able to get a weatherproof fit.

I try not to ride in the rain but when you're out in the middle of nowhere and a turd floater hits what are you gonna do? I can always cut some gaskets if need be but I'd like to know going in if they fit well without the chrome doodad. I've already got a set of flat Harley lenses that I'm probably gonna have to eat because I'm not sure the shop will want to give me my money back. Too much of that gets expensive.

Haven't done this so no first hand expaerience.
