Raise the front end off the ground, grab the front wheel and jerk it up and down to isolate the cause. Don't usually go that fast. Are you sure your tires are pumped to at least 35 psi? Front tire should be OK at 2500 but check for cupping. Check all motor bolts. The OEM tires have a tendency to wear unevenly which cause some 'vibrations' ... you know ... like the Beach Boys.
