Stage three question 3 Years, 5 Months ago

While doing the stage three removal I decided to pop the mufflers off since I couldnt see through them. On the front cylnder you can see an offset and some light one end to the other. On the rear cylnder there is a diffuser section that forces the air to diffuese and some go through the crossover tube. In the past I had Harleys and knocked out the baffles in them with good sucess. So I went for broke and popped the end plug out. Almost a straight shot out now. Love the results! My questions is in the tech directions it says to jet with stage three. On another thread it says as long as the air cleaner is stock your fine. Can someone shed some light on the conflicting information? There only seems top be a little back popping, nothing major. Thanks for any help!
