#110161 Djsonic01 (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 3 Yamaha V-star 1100 Classic Popping 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago   Hello everyone, I have a Yamaha V-star 1100 Classic that will have a popping noise occuring from the front cylinder on deacceleration and on part throttle. The bike is completely stock and no mods have been done to the bike. I also did disabled the Ais system and the popping has gotten worse. I have also done an exhaust gasket on the front pipe as well. But the twist is when I restrict the air flow into the air box, the popping stops.
