I run the MaxAir on mine, and I guess I wasn't really aware of how good a deal I have. I was wondering out loud about upgrading, and got the hint from several of you guys that I should leave it alone....so I will! I'm at the point where I need to get a new red-foam fliter element, but from what I can see at several local places, I think I can make a K&N one work out.

I just ordered my PMS screw from maxair anyone know how easy it is to install? maybe its a dumb question but does the pms screw just screw all the way out and you screw the new one in? thanks in advance. Fifty Yet

I installed an air filter like that on this '74 Triumph SPITFIRE way long ago....Guys if you think bikes in general are a PITA, you really don't ever, EVER want to own an English Sports Car. I still curse the name of Lucas Electrics to this day.

Just got to say that I ordered my pms screw from these guys and talked to him on the phone for about twenty minutes, great guys and very knowledgeable about the R* he rides one. So all the parts hes selling in on his bike. The way it sounds is they are very serious about quality. Just FYI.  its always nice to talk to a parts guy who likes to help out. Fifty Yet
