I don't khnow what to tell ya. Maybe I got the wrong front pipe for the bike. Shit happens....it's to bad it's friggin great riding weather here today. Arrrruuuuugggghhhh!

Like was said put the FelPro crush gaskets on top of the OEM ones. Leave EVERYTHING LOOSE and tighten the nut holding the pipes to the heads. Then tighten the monts and any thing else you need to. Check the head nuts everyday for about a week as the gaskets will seat and the nuts will be loose. I would carry a wrench for about a week and if you notice poping or backfiring the check the nuts.

Just got off the phone with "hammersly" apparently the aftermarket rear bracket gets mounted to the OUTSIDE of the frame unlike the stock bracket which is mounted on the INSIDE.
The HK instructions say "install the mounting bracket using bolts with flat and lock washers (See illustration)"...............there is no F*&%^$g illustration in the paper work
This should do the trick.........thankyooooou.....hammersly!
