Running wires through the handlebars 4 Years ago
Sorry for the stupid question, but in the tech tips article:

http://roadstarclinic.com/content/view/109/112/

does this work with stock Road Star Silverado handlebars? I plan to install some pullback risers and thought I would make this mod at the same time. Are there holes in the handlebars or do you need to drill holes?

You have to drill holes.

If I remember correctly, you will not be able to route the wire through the horizontal portion of the bars and then through the risers as the two are not joined.

I have seen where some have drilled holes between the risers, on the underside of the bars, to route them from the bars.
