How do you get the stock risers off?? 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago
I was looking at it and I didn't want to break or scratch anything up, but it looks like there are some chrome caps on the bolts on top of the risers... do i just need to pry them off??? I got some new risers the other day and am going to switch them out.

Thanks for the help!

Ben

just grab some pliers they come right off, maybe put some cloth between the plier and the cap so you dont scratch them

heres what you do, take an eyeglass screwdriver and pry them out, then lossen the nuts on the underside of the risors 1st, before you loosen the handlebars, it will keep the risors from turning, kc

The caps on the Allen bolts aren't in there too tight to get out easily. I used a jeweler's screwdriver, but the very tip of a utility knife blade would work, too.
